Runs Tests to Detect Co-Regulation Patterns in Wood Tissues

چکیده
Motivation: Whole genome microarrays provide gene expression data taken from different wood tissues. An efficient and easily interpretable method is needed to assess co-regulation of adjacent genes. Results: The statistical analysis methods proposed here successfully analyzed the co-regulation of genes in several tissue types and detected different gene expression patterns.
